Renaud Consulting began in 2007. Company founder, Rick Renaud, developed the foundations of our philosophy through the management of institutional and residential rental properties in Ottawa ON and Western Quebec. We ensure new and existing clients will have the dedicated services of a professional property technician.

Our Mission: To serve the needs of our clients with a menu of traditional and tailored services designed to free the client from the headaches and hassles of property maintenance while maximizing the value of the investment.

Rick Renaud-Owner of Renaud Consulting, has 20 years of experience in property maintenance and service. He started out working for a School Board as a maintenance technician and cut his eye teeth so to speak in our educational institutions, repairing toilets, fixing leaky faucets, repairing plaster walls, electrical maintenance and repair, heating and ventilation system maintenance and monitoring. After a few years he moved on to a residential setting as the head maintenance technician of a high rise apartment complex with approximately 160 units. There he was tasked with all aspects of building maintenance and repairs as well as renovating vacant units by repainting, tiling, flooring, upgrading plumbing fixtures, upgrading lighting fixtures, installing new kitchen cabinets and countertops. There he learned the many skills needed to maintain, repair and replace most aspects of a residential multi unit property. With all this knowledge many people have been telling him for many years “Rick you need to do something with those skills. So he decided to change careers and start Renaud Consulting. He began his education as a home inspection technician soon after making his career change and continues to upgrade his education to this day. Rick is also very involved in his community as President of the residents association as well as on the board of directors of the Russell Community Sport Club (www.rcsc-cscr.ca).
