Vacation certificate for 7 nights deluxe travel accommodations at condo/resort week unit (airfare not included) Hotel, Studio or 1 bedroom. USA - Canada - Caribbean - Mexico. You email your desired locations and dates. Pick 3 choices of locations and dates approx. 45-60 days prior to desired travel. Reservations are not guaranteed until booked. Once travel is booked, it may not be changed, refunded, but occasionally may be transferred.
INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR FLEXIBLE VACATION CERTIFICATE
*Be sure to put number of travelers, and if your dates are at all flexible. We will EMAIL you back a list of properties available that fit your criteria and you can then choose which you want.
*LOCATIONS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CERTIFICATES: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST; HAWAII; FLORIDA PANHANDLE OR KEYS. Other locations have limited availability so we ask for 3 possible destinations and dates to accommodate your request.
*Flexible vacation certificates are made possible by the availability of timeshare weeks that go unused each year when the owners can’t go to their timeshare. There are 4 databases of these timeshares available to us and other agents. When a match is found, it is advisable to book within 24 hours or that week may be gone.
*ALL accommodations are for 7 nights. You may check in late or check out early; there are no refunds.
*It is advised that you DO NOT make plane reservations until the room is fully booked.
*ALL bookings will require a cash fee of approx $250-300 US for the week (not per person) to cover the cleaning and taxes. This amount is due in cash/credit card UP FRONT when the week is booked.
*TRAVELER will receive a GUEST CERTIFICATE as the Guest User of the timeshare week. This certificate is all that is required to check into the hotel.
*Once booked, the accommodations cannot be cancelled or dates changed. However the TRAVELER NAME can be changed if desired.
*FLEXIBLE TRAVEL CERTIFICATES are not issued by RCI or any other timeshare database company, and they cannot answer any questions regarding certificates.
*Some resorts may have additional deposits or on-site fees; for example, some Caribbean locations have an “energy surcharge” at the resort. All travelers will be notified about these fees before booking.
