I am renting my room in a 3 bedroom apartment on 2 nd floor of small quiet building
with some share of common space on Lawrence west and Weston rd intersection with buses at door step and close to Lawrence west/runnymede/keele subways (20min) also close to airport, york university( 40min), go train, (21 min)downtown.
new flooring, skylight, high ceiling carpets, nicely furnished,natural light 5 min away from Humber river.
CLEAN, PEACEFUL, QUIET
all you need is clothing and computer and to pay for my out of pocket expenses, extra features and maintenance.
500.00 cash for keys and protection- for keys that are refundable
if you need parking part time, (8pm to 8am and Sundays) it will cost 60.00 cash a month

For people working out of the house the above are the cash and barter fees but
If you work in the house I will need to charge a supplement of 100-150 cash a month depending on disbursements. I have a huge table paid in cash in the room and your above regular usage.
The minimum monthly cash needed is 400.00 plus protection of 500 which is refundable.
If you use the place for working, or use washer, park then there are additional fees.
