Advanced Insights is a combination of three behavioral assessments (the DISC Profile, the Values Index, and the Attribute Index) that provide leaders powerful insights into their own behavioral styles and into the styles of those with whom they work and do business. With these assessments and a debrief with Business Coach Jim O’Shea, you can learn how to lead people and teams more effectively, how to tap what most motivates you to be more successful, how to be more effective in sales, and how to enhance your decision making.

The assessments are completed online in 15 minutes, and results are e-mailed to you. We then schedule a telephone debrief in which we review and discuss your results, including recommendations for communicating more effectively, understanding the behavioral and communication styles of others, and learning how to adapt to different styles to get the results you desire.
