Owner Allen "AJ" Davis is a certified massage therapist and boxing coach and individually has achieved a three-time powerlifting world championship. AJ has trained clients of all ages and athletic levels and his education and experience make him uniquely qualified to: -Design training programs that achieve the desired results in body composition, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and power. -Develop training programs catered to physiological differences among individual athletes and that account for age, sex, training status, limitations, and injuries. -Educate athletes on the role of good nutrition and its role in health and performance. -Educate athletes on the effects and abuse of performance-enhancing substances and safe, natural, viable alternatives. -Design sport-specific training programs. Davis has been working with clients on improving their overall health for 26 number of years. Leaving the corporate fitness centers, A.J.
