Backstage Air Show Experience Saturday, August 4, 2012 | 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Museum of Flight/Genesee Park on Lake Washington Event Details Attention all air show enthusiasts - check out this once-in-a-lifetime, VIP experience! Enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the Boeing Air Show as you visit both the flightline and Lake Washington! Get a close up view of US Navy Blue Angels F/A-18 Hornets and enjoy VIP treatment at Lake Washington. Event Schedule 9 a.m.: Greeting by an Air Show official and close up view of US Navy Blue Angels F/A-18 Hornets at Boeing Field adjacent to the Museum of Flight prior to their takeoff for the day's performance. 10:15 a.m.: Ride to the Seafair Weekend event site to enjoy food, drink & hospitality near the Stan Sayres Pits on Lake Washington. 10:45 a.m.: Receive a presentation about Seafair Weekend and small group pit tours. When you finish you’re pit tour, take a stroll through Genesee Park to check out the many vendors and watch hydroplane qualifying on Lake Washington! 12 p.m.: Enjoy food, drink and entertainment in Genesee Park from a private Bayview suite! 1 p.m.: Watch the aerobatics of the Boeing Air Show performers, including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels! 3:30 p.m.: Gather at hospitality area to travel back to Boeing Field. 4 p.m.: Get a chance to be up close and personal with Paul Allen’s private vintage airplane collection and tour the Museum of Flight. Parking information for Boeing Field will be provided in July.
