LARGE 3 BEDROOM HOUSE ON GUNFLINT LAKE FOR RENT!

The house is on Gunflint Lake, which is a beautiful lake on the Canadian border.  The lake is 7 miles long and 1 mile wide with great fishing and boating.  This lake is also an entry point for the BWCA and is immersed with lots of wildlife in the area such as deer, moose, bears, wolves, fox, and more.  There are plenty of great hiking trails in the area including one that can be reached from the property as well as great cross country ski trails and snowmobile trails for winter fun.  

The kitchen has hardwood floors, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The house has a large dining room with an open floor plan and a main level laundry room with a washer and dryer. 

And don’t forget ice fishing!

The living room has gas fireplace and satellite TV, a main floor full bathroom with marble flooring.  The second floor has 3 large bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a second entry adjoining the second bedroom which can be closed for 2 couples or opened for families with children. 

There is a sitting area that is open to the main level that also has a fold out couch for extra sleeping space.  The second floor bathroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub with very large glass windows facing the lake. 

The exterior has a wraparound porch and a deck off the front of the house facing the lake.

Properties being small family run resorts.  This allows for available rentals of boats, skis, snowmobiles, and even horses for horseback riding. 

The surrounding resorts also offer dining and shopping but this property is located in a remote area with only a handful of cabins so there is privacy that one can't find at a neighboring resort.
